All patients are asked to attend two (2) hours of continuing health education on how to prevent illness in themselves and their family every four (4) months." One (1) of those hours must be on the topic of Addiction (Delaware, Pennsylvania, and Maryland rank in the Top 16 of overdose death rate (2022) in the US).

Intimate partner violence, 10. Lung Cancer, 11. Nutrition, 12. Osteoporosis, 13. Pre Diabetes, 14. Sexually Transmitted Illness, 15, Tobacco Cessation
1. Treat persons who need medicine to stop using opiates, alcohol and stimulants such as cocaine
2. Treat persons with addiction who also have depression, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD and other conditions
3. Provide group counseling for persons in remission from drug addiction
1. Conduct history and physical examinations including screening for ADHD, depression, anxiety
2. Conduct history and physical examinations with screening and treatment of Type 2 Diabetes, hypertension and other chronic conditions
3. Provide history and physical examinations with screening labs for patients who require a primary care referral to specialists
1. Provide intensive outpatient treatment for persons in remission but require continued counseling [no more than 10 persons per group]
2. Provide educational counseling for physical conditions such as hypertension, diabetes [individual sessions can be arranged] HOLISTIC COACH IS ON STAFF
3. Create group sessions as appropriate for persons requiring counseling for arrests for DUI/DWI.

2. Provide collaborative services for nurse practitioners and physician assistants
3. Review cases of veterans to determine causation of their illness/ death from exposure to chemicals
